Max efficiency. Max comfort. Max safety.
A modern, systematic approach to professional dental hygiene using EMS AIRFLOW®, PERIOFLOW® and PIEZON® technologies.

What is Guided Biofilm Therapy?
Dental biofilm is the soft, sticky layer of bacteria that forms continuously on teeth, along the gumline and around implants. It is the starting point for most cavities and gum problems.
Guided Biofilm Therapy is a systematic protocol that makes biofilm visible first, then removes it in a defined order using modern EMS technologies — rather than starting with scraping instruments everywhere.
The result is a cleaning that is guided by what is actually there: assess, disclose, remove biofilm and stain with AIRFLOW®, address remaining calculus with PIEZON®, then review and plan your recall.

AIRFLOW®
Advanced Biofilm & Stain Management
AIRFLOW® uses a controlled stream of warm water, air and fine erythritol powder to remove biofilm and surface stains from teeth, the gumline and hard-to-reach areas.
Because it works without scraping enamel, it is a gentle and minimally invasive part of preventive care — and it is also used around restorations, orthodontic appliances and implants where careful handling matters.
PIEZON®
Precision Where It Matters
Once biofilm and stain have been removed, PIEZON® addresses the calculus that remains. Its linear, ultrasonic movement is designed to work precisely along tooth surfaces and below the gumline.
Within the Guided Biofilm Therapy protocol, PIEZON® is used deliberately and only where calculus is present — supporting a comfortable, targeted appointment.
